Our sliding scale is increasing by $5 for return visit appointments January 1st. We haven't raised our rates since our humble beginnings in 2007 (read more about that here) but we have incurred many increased costs.
Starting January 1st, 2015 our sliding scale is $25 - $45 for return visits and $35 - $60 for new
patients.
New Frequent Visit Card = $20 Visits
With the rate increase comes a new offer to save you money. Our newly designed prepaid frequent visit card costs $200 for 10 visits, saving you $50 and keeping the cost per visit at $20. The cards are good for one year from the date of purchase.
