In this morning gathering of women, explore the world of archetypes. Which expressions are present in your life now? Which part of you do they serve? Which ones do you want to add into your repertoire to serve what you desire to create and experience?

Some archetypes are royal and responsible like the Queen, others have darker themes like the Slave. There's infinite to play with...

Are the themes you are living now and desiring the same or different? How do you develop new ones or release the ones that no longer serve you? We will explore all of it and more.

We will take our discoveries and explore movement practices to bring our understanding into the body.

Everyone will learn from each other and naturally expand through our sharing.

Brittany is inspired by movement, healthy food, and an active lifestyle. She is interested in helping others reach their highest potential through guiding those along the path of wellness.

What experiences help you breakthrough and up-level your life? This women’s workshop weekend in Sedona will provide specific guided group and individual exercises + structured and easeful flow-time to help you with and breakthrough one or many areas of your life.

Our time will be both fully engaged activities and periods of relaxation, so your body can assimilate all we're doing in a calm place without stress, and that you have time to integrate, socialize and enjoy our surroundings.

A fresh perspective is much easier when we leave our routines, the place we live, and the people we normally interact with behind; and go on a journey into the unknown. We become more open, more willing to explore our inner landscapes. I will be your guide.

In this weekend workshop, I will provide you with the safe and high-quality container that will effectively help you address the things that you may already know you need to take a deeper look at, and/or to discover what the things that need attention are.

You'll do some inner work, you'll be with a great group, and you'll have fun. You will work with tools that you can take home and continue. You will get clarity, a sense of purpose, and you will connect with other women who are doing the same work as you; and that can create bonds and lasting friendships.

You'll be surrounded by epic beauty and majestic views, while dropping into an impeccably held women's space that feels like a nourishing, healing embrace. People feel safe around me, they tend to tell me their deepest longings, wins, losses, and such... I'm a healer, medicine woman, truth-teller, coach, and all around witchy woman. I've been working with individuals and groups for over 20 years. You will be SO taken care of by me!

I invite you to have me support you in your growth, I will help you see what you miss, so your life can evolve and become more integrated, more healthy, more relaxed, more easeful, more creative, more free, more loving, and more whole. (AND MORE of whatever you want it to be!!!)

We're once again transitioning seasons, it's always an important time to focus on good health habits like getting enough good-quality sleep, eating well, moving your body and drinking plenty of water. Aside from acupuncture tune-ups and other self-care regimens, there are other health habits that I find to be as important to your health.

Valuable Health Habits To Implement Now

1. HUGS
We need 8 - 12 hugs a day! Studies show a 20 second hug reduces stress, and has positive impacts on blood pressure and heart rate.

2. GRATITUDE
Studies show daily gratitude practices like a gratitude journal, thank you notes, and just thinking about what you're grateful for improve happiness, relationships, and sense of well-being.

3. SLOWING DOWN
We are hyper focused on productivity, and yet "doing" is only a fraction of what life is about. When you slow down, you are better able to be and stay present to the moment, to feel your feelings, and to make better decisions. Find your natural pacing and honor it. You might also end up being MORE productive and LESS stressed!

4. USING CURIOSITY
Curiosity impacts your health positively because in relationships, curiosity leads to connection and emotional resonance, while the absence of curiosity does not. Try asking more questions, especially when you feel critical, judgemental, and when you find yourself making assumptions about someone. You can also request of someone to be more curious about you if you sense they are in judgment.
