Rate your level of stress and physical tension, right now, from 0 to 10.
Now I invite you to recall a beautiful place where you felt wonderful. Imagine this place as though you are there now. Let yourself breath in the wonderful feelings you felt there. Let your breathing deepen as you do. Now imagine that as you inhale, you are sending your breath to any tense muscles in your body. As you exhale, imagine the tension melting right out through your skin. Give yourself a minute with closed eyes to do this.
Check in now, what is your level of stress 0 to 10? Are you more relaxed? Notice what a simple 30 seconds can do for you!
