Fire Cider is in the house!

Picture
Fire Cider is a spicy, sweet, and tangy apple cider vinegar (acv) tonic infused with roots, fruits, and spices. To the base of certified organic apple cider vinegar, we've added whole, raw, certified organic oranges, lemons, onions, ginger, horseradish, habañero pepper, garlic, and turmeric.

Fire Cider contains less acid and sugar than soda and fruit juice! You can also add it to tea, juice, water, or another favorite beverage.

In addition to giving your taste buds a wake-up call and being a great complement to a health-conscious diet, our Fire Cider vinegar tonic with honey is a certified boredom killer. Invite your friends to try Fire Cider for the first time, then watch them dance, jump around, lose the power of speech, or all three!

How to Take Fire Cider

The wonderful thing about fire cider is considered a remedy and tonic at the same time. If you are feeling you are getting the cold or flu, it has been advised to take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

As a tonic, you can take 1 tablespoon daily to boost your immune system and to prevent you from getting sick.

Precautions

Fire cider is a very strong tonic and it’s best to not take it on an empty stomach, especially people who suffer from stomach ulcer should take extra caution and preferably to be taken with meals.

There is strong evidence that horseradish can lead to miscarriage especially in early pregnancy. I strongly advise consulting your doctor before you take this tonic or any other remedy or tonic that contains horseradish.

Consult your doctor, If you are taking blood-thinning medications. Many of the ingredients in fire cider can interfere with these medications.
