Module 1 - Habits (1 of 2)
This module is split into two videos to make them easier to digest, they are all about what you can do on a day-to-day basis to support your vitality. Routines are the structures that either contribute to your energy, or deplete it.

Module 2 - Pace
The practice I introduce this week is called Sacred Integration. Sometimes the most mundane actions can turn into the most potent transformations, that's why I call it "sacred".
Spend two minutes in between major activities throughout the day with a timer and don't DO, just BE.
Don't try to meditate, don't try to relax, don't try to fix or change anything. Let go of trying.
Allow yourself a moment of simply being present and being okay with whatever reality exists for you in the moment. Let your mind wander, let thoughts of what's to come float through. Allow feelings of comfort or discomfort to be what they are without needing to change them.
Just be with all of it.
Spend the next week diving into this practice before starting Module 3.

Before beginning week 3, send me an email with your insights and revelations that came from doing the empowering practice of sacred integration. Then, move on to this module, where we work with aligning our outer reality with our inner truth. This is the most potent way to reveal where your vitality naturally lives.

Differentiating feelings from thoughts by asking:
Drop in and open yourself to listening deeply without judging yourself based on what you think you should feel or want.
Getting in touch with your truth is an essential factor of enjoying vitality in your life.
Spend a week working with this material before heading on to Module 4.

- When do I feel a FULL YES in my body versus a "should" and or a no?
- Where in my life am I doing things because I think I should? (a.k.a. not because you feel a YES!!!)
- What am I really feeling?
- What am I really thinking?
- What am I really wanting?
- What is my body feeling? (heart, gut, other)

- ...scared?
