Spring Detox Instructions
Congratulations for committing to your health and wellness! The spring herbal detox includes the following tinctures:
The 5 formulas will help you pull cellular waste from your lymphatic system, often overlooked in wellness regimens. You will also support elimination of the kidneys, liver detoxification, and yeast overgrowth i the digestive tract and systemically. The endocrine formula helps fuel the whole process.
Mindset
You will be eating simply for a few days, visualize yourself happily shopping for fresh, organic produce, knowing that it's going to nourish you and create health in your body, mind and spirit. Create some strong affirmations for yourself to help you be successful with the duration of the cleanse, such as:
If you're craving foods you are not eating during the cleanse:
"I remember why I'm doing this cleanse, and it's important to me. My current diet is temporary and I can fulfill any cravings if I choose to, later. I will feel glad and proud if I make the healthy choice right now, and so be it."
If you're having symptoms because you're body is metabolizing the stuff you want to get rid of (head ache, body ache, itching, mental fog, fatigue, etc.):
"I don't feel well now and that's ok. I trust this process and can also trust my inner knowing if I need to slow the detox down, or simply be patient until these symptoms pass."
Other affirmations to motivate you:
"I'm a badass! I'm going to stick with this!"
"I'm exploring what this is like, and who I am during this process. I do this process with love."

The general outline of the cleanse is for one week, feel free to extend to 9 or 11 days. Every day, please:
Day "0"

Day 1 - Easing In...
Eliminate sugar, caffeine, and common allergens: wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts, and corn.
Day 2 - Lightening Up
Eliminate animal products.
Day 3 and on - Release what is no longer needed!
Day 4 - suggestions
Day 5 - repeat Day 3
Day 6 & 7 - You're on the home stretch! Repeat Day 3, but add in some in animal proteins
From here on, feel free to add in whatever other foods and beverages you want. I recommend you ask your body what it really wants before reengaging with emotional habits and addictive foods.
Day 8, or the first day after your official cleanse ends is a powerful day to use the clarity and energy of the cleanse to make great healthy decisions for yourself and how you want to nourish yourself through the spring season. The cleaner you keep it, the better you will feel throughout the year!
Feel free to email me your questions. Enjoy your cleansing time! ~ Ronit
- Take one full dropper's worth of herbs from each bottle in a bit of warm water, twice a day, on an empty stomach. (Lightly shake the bottles before dispensing the liquid.) Continue until you finish your herbs, even if you are done with the dietary aspect.
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water. Ideally, begin the day drinking 4 glasses of 8 ounces, add lemon juice if you like.
