Our clinic policies are in place to help us maintain consistency of care, low rates and to respect our practitioners. Please be familiar with them as we strictly enforce the following:
- In order to respect the time and space reserved for you, we require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or change a scheduled appointment, regardless of reason. Without notice, we charge the cost of the scheduled appointment (or mark your frequent visit card).
- We understand things happen to make you late (traffic, etc.), if you are more than 20 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to because it will interfere with other scheduled patients or we have run out of space, you may not be treated, but you will still be responsible for the visit fee.
- If you arrive with smells that will impact the treatment room, you will not be treated and will be responsible for the visit fee. This includes scented personal care products, perfume, fresh nail polish; and cigarette, incense or cannabis smoke.
