Feldenkrais with Andy
Andy is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner in Novato, California. He learned about the Feldenkrais Method® when recovering from his own physical challenges. While working on a dissertation in Sociology at Stanford, he developed severe hand pain from typing on the computer. He explored many different approaches to his situation, and while all were helpful, the work of Moshe Feldenkrais resonated the most with him.
The small, gentle movements in Feldenkrais allowed him to become aware of how he was moving and discover new options for moving differently. Now he enjoys sharing his affinity for Feldenkrais with others in the North Bay. When not practicing, he likes walking, being in nature around Marin County, and conversations with friends.
