In this two-hour mini-workshop, we will gather in a circle of structured sharing, you will be guided in an embodiment practice, and then we will end our time together with a short but meaningful ritual based on the organic needs of the group.
Our embodiment practice will be in The Non-Linear Movement Method®. This is a powerful somatic method that has deep, powerful applications:
