In response to general concerns, we're offering some tips to prevent illness:

✋ Wash your hands for 20 seconds after being in public spaces and before touching your face or eating.

😴 Get good sleep and reduce stress.

Anyone exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, contact us and DO NOT come into the office. We will not be treating colds or flu at the clinic.
We will prescribe you herbs via brief phone chat (415)250-4009. Herbs will either be delivered or mailed to you asap if you have a cold or flu. Herbs can be a very effective way to reduce symptoms and shorten duration of many illnesses.
If you exhibit sudden, severe or prolonged symptoms, please don't hesitate visiting your doctor or the emergency room.
