We do not need proof of income, please pay what you can on the sliding scale.
- First Visit Intake + Acupuncture: $30 - $60
- Regular visits: $20 - $40
- Punchcard: Buy 10 Get a Freebie: $200 - $400 (good for 11 visits)
- Late Cancellation Fee: $20
