Preparing for your Visit / What to Expect
All of our treatments take place in our community room, which means you will be treated in a comfortable recliner
in a space with other people. Please turn off your phone before entering
and speak in a soft voice. We take care to make our community room a tranquil and soothing space and
have blankets and play soft music. Plan to wear comfortable clothing that can be pushed up to your knees and
elbows and refrain from wearing perfume and other scented products as some people are allergic. You can expect to be at the clinic for up to hour from the start of your appointment time.
Payment
We accept cash and check at the clinic but no change is available. Or, you can pay with a credit card via
Google Checkout.
Pay what you can on our sliding scale: the first visit is $40 - $60
and returning
visits are $20 - $40. Our first visit is more because we schedule double
the time for your initial visit.
Cancellation Policy
In respect for our intention to offer high quality health care at affordable prices, we ask for 24-hour
advance notice, on the previous business day of your scheduled time, to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand last
minute things come up, so please call 415/250-4009 to see if we can accommodate
you the same day at a different time. Otherwise, all appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled
with less than 24-hour advance notice (and those missed without notice) will be charged a $20 fee.
