Join Ronit & her dear friend Sahar for a back country getaway less than an hour drive from Novato!
Sahar has been guiding small groups to Austin Creek just north of Armstrong Redwoods for years and has had personal sanctuary there countless times. Sahar is also a counselor and percussionist! Ronit has led groups and workshops, and coached individuals as part of her work outside of the clinic, and is an avid nature lover!
Together, Sahar and Ronit will guide a weekend that blends personal quiet time with activities in nature that open the door to authentic expression and getting in touch with feelings and what's "alive in us".
Our journey begins at 5pm on Friday, June 10th at the parking lot of Armstrong Redwoods and goes until Sunday evening, June 12th. We will hike to our camp, about a 6 mile hike. You will be prepped on what and how to pack, but primarily, we recommend you bring an adventurous spirit and open heart.
Men and women welcome! Must be able to hike up and down some hilly terrain with a backpack, but if I could do it, you can do it! (Ronit speaking here...) No one is left behind! We go as a group...
Cost is $120 - $160 on a sliding scale.
