- Check messages on clinic phone 2 times a day, Monday - Saturday.
- Return calls
- Schedule, cancel and change appointments.
- Notify clinic owner and acupuncturist on duty when any appointment is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice.
- Answer patient questions regarding scheduling, acupuncture, prices, etc…
- Contact clinic owner and/or acupuncturists for clarification of any patient questions or concerns.
- Keep accurate, detailed notes of calls received and follow-up that was performed in Clinic Phone Log.
- Send notes via email to clinic owner every once weekly.
- Assist clinic owner, via email and text, with any additional help she needs changing appointments and contacting patients.
