Previous to moving to the Bay Area in 1998, I lived in Sedona for a few magical years. I have visited and stayed in touch with the land there since! I've been to many places all over the world, and still consider Sedona one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. It's my pleasure to guide you on this journey.

As my summer schedule is filling, THIS is a HUGE opportunity for TWO more women to join four committed, soulful, heart-centered women in a 4-Week Women's Circle. This may be my only women's offering until the fall, and is a great entrance into my circles, especially if you want to join the 12-Week Deep Dive in September (see below).

An Invitation To Be Your Self

I facilitate each group with a variety of invitations to be yourself, discover yourself and share your SELF with others. The organic unfolding and healing that comes through this structure is nothing less than MAGIC. And it will support you in your life in ways you cannot currently imagine. I witness this happening, over and over and over again. Women access their power, their truth, and EMBODY their HEARTS and SOULS. This transforms depletion, anxiety, and effort into courage, ease, support, and LOVE.

You will enjoy connection, community, and communication while having a safe and well-held container. Create new relationships built on trust and authentic relating. This happens without the kind of external effort we have to use in the world, without having to put on masks or show up in any certain way.

The most valuable thing I have learned / experienced has been being able to work through the things about myself that I want to change and having your guidance. I also love hearing from the other women, almost inevitably there is something to glean from their situations. Most of our practices have been foreign to me and I loved doing them. I like the way the group has grown with these practices and laughing with each other.
I want to continue to grow and learn new things. Obviously our work with ourselves is never done, but I feel I still have a long way to go to open up and be myself. I am definitely on a good path after spending time with you and our group.

Deep Dives this September

I open enrollment to the Novato 12-Week Deep Dive in the fall, first to the women who participate in the summer circle, often with a discount. They sometimes fill the all the spots (limited to 6). All the more reason to join the summer circle now if you're interested. The deep dive runs from Sept. through Thanksgiving and will meet on Fridays from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

I will also be offering a new Deep Dive for Women on Wednesdays starting in September that meets in a live webinar format online. If you want to be in it, email me and we'll begin the application process!

Women's Circle: 6-Week Initiation Cycle

Women who come together on a regular basis have less overall depression and anxiety, they get support that results in making better day-to-day decisions, they feel nourished, move through things faster and in connection rather than alone / or in loneliness.

Seeing and feeling into others when they share, women organically recognize how similar we all are, and something inside relaxes, knowing we are not alone in our feelings and experience. Women also learn from each other this way, through osmosis.

These are just a few benefits of a women's circle.

This new circle that is forming is an initiation cycle, meaning we begin in the spring supported by the new energies that are emerging.

You don’t need experience, all you need is some resonance with what I’ve written, a yearning for connection with other women, and a willingness to share who you are with other women who are doing the same with you.

I hold the circle and facilitate so you can drop into your experience with a sense of safety and invitation.
A typical circle is 5-6 women, two hours each meeting, with a check in and then a potent, nourishing, grounding, creative, exploratory or even an edgy activity such as:

Guided meditation
Shamanic journeys
Prompts for journaling and sharing
Discussions / Group coaching on various topics
Intimacy exercises
Embodiment practices
Soul work
Art / expression

No experience is required. You will likely enjoy and have preferences for different types of activities but engaging in them all will widen your experience and open you to new things.

You will be given small, do-able, weekly assignments between meetings to deepen your process, connect you to the group, and support your journey. (Maybe 5 minutes a day...).

We will have a secret Facebook group to allow for easy and private communications among the participants. As a women's circle participant, you will also get discounted rates on the other events I offer, which complement the practices from the circle.
