| You are invited to come learn and enjoy a Radiant Heart Qigong practice in a welcoming environment. This class, taught by Iva Tashlick, a certified Radiant Heart Qigong Teacher, is suitable for both beginners and those with experience. Qigong means energy cultivation and is a complete holistic, meditative practice in itself. Qigong is a superb stress reduction practice that supports your ability to stay focused, clear, and calm by toning the nervous system and balancing and adjusting the Qi (energy) flow. The class will consist of Qigong practice, short periods of seated meditation, time for questions and answers and discussion. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and please refrain from wearing perfume or after shave colognes. All levels, all ages welcome!
