I am really grateful that not one, but TWO enthusiastic, committed, and compassionate women reached out to me recently to join the clinic. It's good timing considering how busy it's been and it will mean the clinic can be open additional hours.
Dena Ito, L.Ac. is a recent graduate from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco (I went there, too!). Her parents own a well-known martial arts school here in Novato. Dena will start with Saturday mornings.
Vina Suntonvipart, L.Ac. had the opportunity to observe community acupuncture in action while living in Portland. She recently moved back to this area and was referred to me through a patient. Vina will start with an evening shift on Wednesdays.
What to Expect - June is Training Month
Our online scheduling system has new appointments open on Wednesday evenings with Vina and Saturday mornings with Dena, however, during the month of June you can expect me to be around and I may even be the one who treats you! You can also expect to see them around on other days observing and learning the ropes of the clinic.
Please give Vina and Dena a warm welcome by helping us get their shifts off to a solid start. Now is the time to send your referrals to the clinic to get in on these new shifts.
My schedule is still booking 2-3 weeks in advance, please make sure to maintain your schedule for about 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure you get the days and times you like. If there is a day and time you want and it's booked online, don't hesitate to contact me.
