Michael, Louise L. Hay, Ronit
I recently got to cross something off my bucket list - meeting inspirational author and teacher Louise Hay.
Louise wrote best selling book, "You Can Heal Your Life" in 1984, which has sold millions of copies worldwide in several languages. She has continued to write other books and provides many gifts to humanity.
My mom had a copy of this book around the house and I must have read it the first time when I was still a teenager. I worked with her affirmations and thought changing work. Not only did it give me access to a new way of using my mind and words to affect my sense of well-being, purpose, and other things; it opened me to the world of manifestation and natural healing. I have reread this book more than any other and consider it the BIBLE of natural healing.
What a gift it was to look up and see Louise Hay standing there in front of me. I didn't want to intrude on her privacy but we were standing right next to each other and she looked right at me. I just offered, "Thank you for all your work!".
We ended up having a small chat and I discovered Louise has a great sense of humor and doesn't take herself too seriously. She gave me the most wonderful hug which made me cry. I felt her blessing pass over me and it was a huge gift - not to mention this photo! Thanks again Louise, if it weren't for you I have no idea what I'd be doing with my life!
