A standard protocol of ear acupuncture (NADA) is used to assist with addictions and recovery. Treatments help with cravings, detox and relaxation, and we may use other points to treat other health issues that you have.
Group acupuncture also has the added benefit of providing a feeling of community support and is a great addition to any 12 Step or other recovery program.
We commonly work with people who are at the beginning of or deep into a 12 Step or similar program, as well as helping those who want to quit addictions to cigarettes, sugar, other habits, and more.
